 What are your payment terms?

We require a non-refundable booking fee of  $100 to secure the date  The balance is due 3 days prior to your event date thru fund transfer or cash payment.

Is there a travel fee to install a balloon garland/ backdrop?

Yes, depending on the location. Travel fee is waived if ordering with package set up.

How much time is required to install?

​

We require a minimum of 2  hours on site to complete your installation for basic backdrop styling .For more complex  full event package set up and design , we require at least 5-8 hrs set up.  The exact time frame required will be communicated with you based on what is included in your booking.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

The client is entitled to cancels provided with written notification . In the event  of cancellation, the client will be liable for all expenses 

-If you wish to cancel your event in 3 or less days remain until your event date all monies paid will be forfeited including the deposit. Subject to availability, your event may be postponed.
